All bookings depend on technician availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if the vehicle is unsafe to work on.
2. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept zelle, cash, debit and credit cards and cash.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and additional charges (if parts or extra work are required).
4. Warranty & Liability
We strive to provide high-quality service. However, we cannot guarantee that all vehicle issues will be resolved.
Any warranties on repairs or parts will be communicated during service.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including vehicle breakdowns, delays, or additional repair costs after our service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible location before service begins.
Please remove all valuable personal items from the vehicle. Dimas Auto Mobile Services is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
